30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or refund.


Eligible for Refund or Replacement

We offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

• Item arrives damaged
• Item arrives defective
• You receive the wrong item
• Item is significantly different from description

To qualify, please email us within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo or video of the issue


Returns

Due to international shipping logistics, customers may not be required to return items in certain cases. If a return is approved, return instructions will be provided by our support team.

Items must be:

  • Unused

  • In original condition

  • In original packaging

Return shipping costs (if required) are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Used recovery or massage devices
• Opened wearable accessories
• Apparel that has been worn or washed


Refund Process

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, orders may already be processing and cannot be guaranteed for cancellation.
